Parametr zużycia ostrza narzędzia -KE i jego predykcja przy użyciu modelu sieciowego
W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań własnych zużycia ostrza noża tokarskiego w funkcji czasu skrawania. Dokonano predykcji geometrycznego wskaźnika zużycia KE, przy zastosowaniu sztucznej sieci neuronowej (SNN) o ustalonej architekturze. Na wykresach przedstawiono wybrane przebiegi czasowe wskaźnika AS, uzyskane jako wynik stymulacji nauczonej sieci.
Tool's blade's wearing parameter - KE and it's prognosis with the use of network model
The article presents results of author's own research on turning blade wearing in the function of cutting off. The prognosis of geometry index of wearing -KE was made with the use of artificial neural network (ANN) with established architecture. The graphs illustrate selected time courses of the coefficient KE, obtained as a result of stimulation of a taught network

W artykule opisano sposób szacowania wpływu błędu pomiaru zużycia na wartość intensywności zużywania obliczaną metodą najmniejszych kwadratów oraz przedstawiono wynikające stąd przesłanki do planowania badań eksploatacyjnych przebiegu zużycia elementów układu tłok-pierścienie-cylinder samochodowych silników spalinowych.
The effect of wear measuring error on evaluating wear intensity factor of elements composing piston-rings-cylinder set in a motor-car engine
The paper deals with the way of assessing the effect of wear measuring error on wear intensity value calculated by minimum chi-square method and points out the necessity for conducting maintenance studies on the wear course of elements composing piston-rings-cylinder set a in motor-car combustion engine.

Analytical estimation of drilling bits equipment wear
In the article are presented some results of tricone bit equipment wear tests basing oneself on worked out the model of tribological contact of this element with mining undisturbed soil. To confirm the validity of the model the numerical calculation of parameter mentioned above were performed.
Badania eksploatacyjnej zmienności parametrów sterowania silników o zapłonie iskrowym
W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań parametrów sterowania silnika samochodowego w rzeczywistych warunkach eksploatacji. Myślą przewodnią artykułu jest przekonanie autorów, że badania eksploatacyjnej zmienności parametrów sterowania silników pozwolą udowodnić tezę o korelacji pomiędzy stopniem zużycia silnika a wybranymi parametrami algorytmu sterowania. Obiektem badań byty silniki benzynowe samochodów marki OPEL. Monitorowanie warunków pracy silnika było możliwe dzięki wykorzystaniu systemów transmisji pokładowej. Ze sterownika silnika złączem ALDL dane przesyłano poprzez interfejs do testera, a następnie do komputera. Rejestrowano je wykorzystując oprogramowanie firmowe. Następnie dane zostały poddane analizie. Artykuł zakończono wnioskami płynącymi z uzyskanych wyników badań.
Research on variability in control parameters for spark ignition engines in real-life operat
The article presents the results of an analysis of the control parameters for motor-car engines in real-life operating conditions. The main idea of the article is the belief of its authors that analyses of the variability of engine control parameters will allow to prove the proposition that there is a correlation between the wear and tear of an engine and the selected parameters of the control algorithm. The analysis has been performed in respect of petrol engines for OPEL cars. The monitoring of the engine working conditions was possible due to having used on-board transmission systems. Data from the engine controller were transmitted using an ALDL connection, through an interface, to a tester and then, to a computer. Data was registered using the company software. Subsequently, the data collected was analysed. The article ends with conclusions resulting from the analysis.
Zagadnienia zużycia wybranych elementów silników ZS i próba podwyższenia ich trwałości
W pracy przedstawiono problem zużyciu niektórych elementów układów rozrządu w aspekcie podwyższenia ich trwałości. Przedstawiono również wyniki badań wstępnych przeprowadzonych na kilku rodzajach powiek nakładanych metodami spawalniczymi na elementy układów rozrządu. Przedmiotem badań były dźwigienki zaworowe silników ZS.
Selected diesel engine wear problems and wear resistance improvement test
This article presents problems of wear resistance of diesel engine elements. It presents the. results of preliminary tests. The valve rockers were the object of lest. This article presents technology of rebuilding and hard surfacing of diesel engine elements. This article also presents results of measurements of quanlility of wear of valve rockers where it mating with valve and the change of valve clearance of tested valve rockers in function of mileage.
