In the modem world, quality becomes the base of competitiveness, therefore it takes a significant place in the strategy of the company's management. Quality expenses are characterised by high effectiveness. A verified in practice tool of management is the quality assurance system. This paper reveals the essence of the quality assurance systems and quality management. It also presents the usefulness of the quality assurance system in the process of increasing effectiveness and efficiency of an organisation activity.
Jakość we współczesnym świecie staje się podstawą konkurencyjności dlatego zajmuje znaczące miejsce w strategii zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Nakłady na jakość cechuje wysoka efektywność. Sprawdzonym w praktyce narzędziem zarządzania jest system zapewnienia jakości. W referacie pokazano istotę jakości zapewnienia jakości i zarządzania jakością. Przedstawiono przydatność systemu zapewnienia jakości w procesie podnoszenia efektywności i skuteczności działania organizacji.
