Badanie nieciągłości w materiale rur katalitycznych metodą prądów wirowych
W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań prądami wirowymi i badań metalograficznych przeprowadzonych na odlewanych odśrodkowo rurach fi l56 x 16 wykonanych z austenitycznej stali IN 519 po długotrwałej eksploatacji. Badania wykazały zmiany strukturalne i fazowe w materiale rur. Zmiany te zależne są od temperatury i czasu eksploatacji wpływając na własności mechaniczne rur. Na wewnętrznej powierzchni rur obserwowano wady odlewnicze.
The investigation of discreteness in material of catalytic pipes by the eddy current method
The paper presents the results of eddy current and inelullogruphic investigations of centrifugal casted pipe (1)156 x 16 made from east steel IN 519 after long time operating. The investigations of the pipe samples shows the structural and phase changes in the material of tube. These changes depended on the temperature and time of exploitation and had influence on the. mechanical properties of the pipe. At inner surface of the lube the casting defects were observed.
